Before using our website and services, we kindly ask you to carefully read our Terms and Conditions. Here, you will find all the important information to ensure a safe and transparent experience, as well as the rules regarding bookings, payments, and the use of our facilities.

General Booking Conditions

Reservations can be made online through our website, via email, or by phone.
A booking is only considered valid once it has been confirmed in writing by the campsite and payment has been made.

Upon arrival, every guest, regardless of age, must present a valid identification document. The facility managers cannot accommodate guests without a valid ID that complies with current regulations (Article 6, Law of May 17, 1983, No. 217).

Payment Policies

To confirm the booking, full payment of the stay is required at the time of booking if made online.

The payment covers only the pitch price. Additional services (such as hot showers, laundry, water supply, and wastewater disposal) will be charged separately and added to the final bill at check-out.

The pitch price is valid for a maximum of 3 people. From the 4th person onwards, an additional fee of €7 per person applies. Children up to 10 years old are included in the price at no extra charge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation, the following policies apply:

• Free cancellation with a full refund up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• In the event of a no-show without prior notice or a late cancellation, the deposit (25% of the total amount) is non-refundable, while the remaining 75% will be refunded.

Behavior Policy and Rest Area Rules

This regulation is made available to guests upon arrival and is displayed outside the reception. Entering the campsite implies unconditional acceptance of the rules.

Access to the Rest Area

• Entry to the campsite requires authorization from the Management.
• Upon arrival, each person must present a valid identification document for legal registration (failure to comply constitutes a violation of the penal code).
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Unauthorized access and presence in the campsite violate public security regulations and may lead to legal consequences.
• Entry and exit from the campsite are allowed only through designated access points. Climbing over fences is strictly prohibited.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is as indicated in the price list.

Registration

Guests must check the accuracy of their registration, report discrepancies to the management, and notify any changes in stay duration or pitch use.

Equipment Limits per Pitch

Only one camping unit per pitch is allowed.

Pitch Selection and Use

• Pitches are assigned by the management and must not be changed without authorization.
• All equipment must be neatly placed within the pitch boundaries. Vehicles must be parked within the pitch or in designated areas.
• Installing additional structures without management authorization is prohibited.

Electrical Connection

• Electrical connections must be authorized by the management and comply with safety regulations (minimum cable section: 3×1.5 mm, without joints).
• External lamps must have IP65 protection.
• Maximum electricity supply: 6 Amperes.
• Tampering with electrical systems is strictly prohibited.

Water and Sewer Connection

• Water connections require management authorization and must be made using proper hoses.
• The sewer connection is allowed only for grey water and must be authorized.
• Water and sewer services are available only in the summer season.

Various Services

• In winter, snow removal is limited to certain areas.
• Heating in sanitary facilities operates during designated hours from November to Easter.
• Outdoor summer bathrooms and fountains are available from March to October.
• Campers are expected to maintain hygiene and proper use of facilities.
• Communal barbecues are available; personal grills are not permitted.
• Waste must be sorted and disposed of in designated containers.

Relaxation Area and Pool Usage

• Access to the relaxation area and pool is limited to campsite guests.
• Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Free entry.
• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
• Prohibited: bringing animals, diving, running, eating, drinking, playing with balls, smoking, or shouting.
• Swimming is unsupervised, and management is not responsible for swimmers.
• Guests who violate rules will be asked to leave.

Departures

Guests must vacate the pitch by 10:00 AM on departure day. Exceeding this time will result in an additional charge.

Visitors

• Management reserves the right to allow visitors.
• Visitors must enter on foot during designated hours and cannot access the pool/relaxation area.
• The campsite guest is responsible for their visitor’s behavior.

Pets

• Pets are allowed only with management approval.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash, well-groomed, and have up-to-date vaccinations.
• Pets cannot access shared facilities and must not be left unattended.

Quiet Hours and Order

Guests must avoid disturbances at all times. Silence must be observed during evening and night hours.

Vehicle Circulation

Vehicles are allowed only for entry and exit, at walking speed, following the indicated signage.

Responsibilities

• Use of sports, leisure facilities, and the pool is at guests’ own risk.
• Management is not responsible for theft or damage to personal property.
• Management is not liable for damages caused by other guests, natural disasters, insects, animals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Service interruptions due to technical failures or force majeure do not entitle guests to refunds.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in an Italian court.
